Site-V:
A)Purpose:
The purpose of the app/website is to allow people to get a discount and find vouchers for websites like Amazon. Site-V will be really easy to use because once you've downloaded the app and/or signed up on the website the app will automatically start looking at your basket and all you will have to do is click on the Site-V button and the app will scan the internet for discount codes for you saving the app user a lot of time and in some cases a lot of money. When you buy items on certain sites the Site-V app will go through items that are in your basket and finds vouchers online which will take money off of the final price.

B)Content:
I have designed my website home screen with a photograph of a love heart tree because it feels welcoming. I also used a heart as the main interest in the website page because it made me feels intrigued to explore the website. the image is a field that doesn't look like it has an end and this to me is a representation to the internet being a vast place, it also give a feeling of freedom. i also placed the slogan in the middle of the heart because it is one of the first things you see.
I Made sure all of the buttons on the website where boxed off so the sign up button is boxed off with the app download and the Google download link below it, it also has the name of the website at the top of the box which is very eye catching because its big and in a different font to the rest of the page.

Privacy/ Security measures:
Privacy is very important so we give multiple options to users to keep them safe, firstly they will have the option to have there profile public or private, if the account is on private people have to request to follow you and the user can accept or decline the request, the user can accept these requests when ever they want to, the user also had the option to who can comment on their post and people who can see the vouchers they have used, for example only the user knows what vouchers they are using and no one else can see them, users also have the ability before logging in to login offline which means they're online but to other users and friends they are offline.
Security is very important so peoples personal data will not be accessible by anyone and the data that is secured will not be tampered with, the personal data will be put into a drive which has a password which updates every minuet, this makes it harder to hack into the database, there will also be multiple firewalls to protect the data and many copies of the data just incase anything gets lost. The personal data that we hod will not be passed around different places. If someone successfully gets through the security measures they have to enter the users password to get into their file.
The GDPR is an act that was brought in by the European parliament to make it easier for users to control their personal data. I will make sure that I follow all the rules that are in the General Data Protection Regulations act, one of the main parts of the GDPR act is making sure that the company has had consent by the user to use/ store there personal details. Based on the act the users has the right to take their details off of the database when ever they please. GDPR:

she can click on the Logo in the top middle of the screen to take her back to the home screen or she can click on the other buttons at the top of the page to take her elsewhere. Susan clicks on the profile page which then takes her to her profile page which she can add a profile picture, a bio and an @, Susan can write posts on her page which will appear on her profile and people can message her back/ comment which will also appear on the post. the profile page also shows her best friends and her stats which include things like her total savings and also how many people have viewed her profile.

D)Production Plan/launch date: 25th of November 2018
The launch date for my website/app is the 25th of November, I have chosen this day because people will be looking to buy products/ presents for Christmas , this will be an ideal launch date because it is released near the end of the year and people will be looking for bargains to buy, and also January sales will be approaching so the demand for vouchers will be at an al time high.the app will be release 2 days after black Friday which can be a good thing because people are looking for good deals.
Production Plan:
Competition:
Legal & Ethical:
Legal:
Data protection:
A legal issue would be keeping peoples personal information and data safe, if it was found that peoples personal information was being passed around by people it would be against the law, the data has to be well secured and really hard to get hands too. The website will have to store the data which may include, credit card details, names, phone numbers email addresses and even postcodes
Terms of use:
a terms of use agreement with the user is a big thing because in the app people will be communicating with one another so if someone is using the app for the wrong reasons they will get banned, people can also report users that they believe are using the app in the wrong way and the developers will investigate the user. the Terms of use agreement helps keep all the app users following the rules that have been set out.
scams/hacks/time:
The app is designed to look into the vouchers that are advertised on the website/ app so no-one gets scammed or gets their personal information hacked into. When a voucher is suggested by a user the voucher that has been suggested is investigated too find out what company the voucher is used for and how long it is usable until it expires. once the voucher has expired he voucher will no loner be advertised on the website because it could be classed as false advertisement.
Ethical:
balance:
making sure that the website has a neutral look so it isn't aimed at certain gender, for example i will make the sign up page gender neutral by giving people the option to write the gender they portray themselves.
Language:
Users can be banned for a certain amount of time for what some people may consider as bad language, as it isn't illegal to say bad words, some people may find them . Offensive so the app will cover any bad words that have been commented on any posts made by users and any comments in general.
voucher selection:
the site will make sure that the vouchers that are advertised on the app are not aimed at any particular gender for example there will be vouchers for people with different interests. There will not be a page just for men and a page just for women there will be a selective page for everyone and if you need a pacific voucher you can search for it.

E)Revenue:
Budget:
The budget for the whole project is £28,000, I was able to complete the project within that budget and save £1,200 which i can use for advertising the product. How Site-V Earns money:
Site-V
will earn its money through advertisement, membership and commission, the site
will have ads that have been put on a user’s screen based on what vouchers they
use, for example if they use food vouchers they will get advertisements about
deliveries and food discounts.
One
of the main sources of revenue will be commission as the company will receive a
percent of every voucher used.
Pop
up ads:
If
a company wants to advertise on the website we allow them a 30 second advert
which can be skipped after 5 seconds, if the user listens/ watches the advert
for the full 30 seconds they get to use the app add free for 3 hours.
The
types of companies that will advertise on the website are companies that have
products they want to sell such as food products. Companies like Dominos will
want to advertise on the website because they give discounts, other companies
will want to advertise on the website as well, such as Amazon because people will
be tempted into buying products on their website using the vouchers on ‘Site-V’.
Premium
service:
If
a user is paying the fee of £5 a month they get the site/app ad free and also get
to use premium vouchers which allows them to save more money on higher end
brands and also get exclusive vouchers every month in the monthly ‘voucher
pack’ these voucher packs come with a freebee.
Predicted Revenue:
Within the first year of release I would say that the company will generate a large profit just from advertising alone, from researching other voucher/coupon companies I found that the overall profits where made from company advertisements which means if i sold advertising space on my page for £1000 and 30 businesses payed for a advertising space in the first 6 months I would make a profit of £30,000, I would also be generating profits from the monthly subscriptions which is a £5 fee every month, so if 500 people signed up to the premium service in the first month the company would turn over £30,000 from subscriptions which means all together in the first year 'Site-V' would have over turned £90,000 taking away the creation process of the product the overall profit would be £63,200.Membership/Advertisement page:
